Product status
Generated artifacts are digital visual files and parameter records. They are not securities, payment instruments, digital currency, digital financial assets, tokens, investment assets, promises of future value or evidence of ownership in another asset.
The theme contains no wallet connection, minting, exchange, marketplace, custody, payment-token or yield functionality.

Privacy and personal data
In the default configuration, the generator does not require registration and does not send the seed, settings, generated image, local collection or history to WordPress. The theme includes no analytics, advertising trackers, remote fonts or remote generation API.
Hosting logs, WordPress core, administrator actions and later plugins may process technical data independently. The site owner must inventory the actual production data flows and publish a complete personal-data policy before enabling forms, analytics, accounts, payments or cloud synchronization.

Browser storage
The local collection and seed history use localStorage under versioned Crypticum keys. They remain available to scripts on the same origin and browser profile until removed by the user, the browser or storage policy.
Use Export collection to create a portable JSON backup and Clear to remove Crypticum local records. Clearing all browser data may also remove them. Local storage is not a guaranteed backup service.

Use of the site
Use the generator only for lawful purposes. Do not attempt to disrupt the site, introduce malicious data, bypass access controls, misrepresent the tool as a financial service or use exported materials in a way that infringes third-party rights.
The generator is supplied as a creative instrument. Browser rendering, color management, printing and third-party software may affect output. Keep JSON recipes for reproducibility and verify files before production use.

Code and artifact licensing
The WordPress theme code is distributed under GPLv2 or later. Separate commercial packs, commissioned systems, documentation and support may have additional terms that must be shown before payment.
No output is promised to be globally unique, non-infringing or automatically protected by exclusive rights merely because it was generated. Commercial users must review the applicable license and their final composition.

Commerce status
Public sales are disabled in this configuration. Pricing examples describe a future product architecture and are not an offer to conclude a contract.
Before accepting payments, the owner must verify seller disclosure, public-offer terms, consumer information, payment processing, fiscal receipts, taxation, refund handling and personal-data flows for the actual jurisdiction and product.
